Plaa’s first ever four-hands collaboration is here!

We are pleased to announce our very own Chef Tor’s first-ever four-hands collaboration with MICHELIN GUIDE Young Chef Award Winner Chef Aom. Growing up in a family of professional cooks and being exposed to the F&B scene daily, Chef Aom and Chef Tor both share similar background and value towards Thai cooking. The exquisite tasting menu will take you to an unforgettable gastronomic journey across the full spectrum of Thailand’s culinary landscape.

Plaa x Khaan four-hands collaboration will take place on 9 (dinner) & 10 (lunch/dinner) November. The lunch menu is priced at HK$1,080 per person whilst the dinner menu is priced at HK$1,680 per person (subject to 10% service charge). Wine pairing is also available for the event.
